Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 20 July 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Quvor (“TribeCrafter”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), the company that operates the TribeCrafter platform at tribecrafter.net, app.tribecrafter.net, community sites hosted on tribecrafter.app and custom domains, and related subdomains and services (together, the “Platform”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Who these Terms apply to

The Platform is used by two kinds of people:

  • Creators: the customer who signs up, subscribes to a plan, and creates and operates a community using TribeCrafter.
  • Members: the people a Creator invites into their community to read content, join groups, take courses, attend events, and message one another.

Some sections apply to Creators, some to Members, and some to both. Where a section is specific, it says so.

2. Definitions

  • Community: an individual community instance created and run by a Creator on the Platform.
  • Content: anything posted, uploaded, or created on the Platform, including posts, comments, courses, lessons, events, blog articles, messages, media, and profile information.
  • Subscription: the paid plan a Creator purchases to run a Community.
  • Creator Sales: products, memberships, or other paid access a Creator sells to their own Members.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. To create an account you must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. The service we provide

TribeCrafter is an all-in-one community platform. Depending on your plan, it lets a Creator run a community feed, groups, courses, events, a blog, member profiles, direct messaging, and paid access, together with administration and moderation tools. Each Community runs on its own separate database, storage, and search, isolated from other communities on the Platform.

We may add, change, or remove features over time, and we aim to give reasonable notice of material changes that reduce core functionality.

5. Free trial, subscriptions, and billing (Creators)

  • Free trial. We offer a 14-day free trial so you can fully evaluate the Platform before paying. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it converts automatically into a paid Subscription.
  • Fees. Access to paid features requires an active Subscription. Prices and what each plan includes are shown at checkout and on our pricing page.
  • Billing and renewal. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected) through our payment processor, Dodo Payments, and renew automatically until cancelled.
  • Taxes. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
  • Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals, and your Subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds. Because we provide a 14-day free trial to evaluate the Platform in full, fees already paid are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current period.
  • Changes to pricing. We may change pricing and will give reasonable notice before a change affects your next renewal.

6. Creator Sales, payouts, and platform fees

TribeCrafter lets Creators sell paid access to their own Members. Payments for Creator Sales are processed through Stripe. To receive payouts, a Creator connects their own Stripe account.

  • We take a 0% platform fee on Creator Sales. Standard Stripe processing fees still apply and are set by Stripe.
  • TribeCrafter is not a party to the transaction between a Creator and their Members. The Creator is the seller.
  • The Creator is responsible for delivering what they sell, and for their own pricing, refunds, chargebacks, customer support, and any taxes on their sales.
  • Compliance. Creators must comply with Stripe’s terms and all laws that apply to their sales.

7. Your content and licence

You (Creators and Members) keep ownership of the Content you create. You grant TribeCrafter a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, and display your Content solely to operate and provide the Platform to you and your Community. This licence ends when the Content is deleted, except for content already shared with others and for backups kept for a limited time.

You are responsible for your Content and for having the rights to post it. You must not post Content that infringes others’ rights or breaks the law.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to, and not to allow anyone to:

  • Break any law, or infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
  • Post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or sexually exploitative of minors.
  • Upload malware, attempt to breach or disrupt the Platform, or probe its security without authorisation.
  • Reverse engineer, resell, or copy the Platform except as allowed by law.
  • Use the Platform to send spam or to scrape data without permission.

We may remove Content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

9. Community operators’ responsibilities (Creators)

Each Creator is responsible for their own Community, including the Members they admit, the Content and rules they set, moderation, and compliance with the laws that apply to them. If your Community collects personal data from Members, you are the controller of that data and must have your own terms and privacy notice for your Members. See the Privacy Policy for how the roles split between you and us.

10. Intellectual property

The Platform, including its software, design, and the TribeCrafter and Quvor names and logos, belongs to Quvor and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Platform as described.

11. Third-party services

The Platform relies on third-party services to work, including payment processing, cloud hosting, storage, email delivery, media hosting, analytics, and support tools. Your use of the Platform may be subject to those providers’ terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Platform or its users. On termination, your right to use the Platform ends. We may delete your Content after a reasonable period, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

13. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TribeCrafter will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TribeCrafter harmless from claims arising out of your Content, your use of the Platform, your Community, your sales to Members, or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will give reasonable notice, for example by email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory rights you have under the law of your own country, the courts of India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform.
